RETURN TO WORK
Knit Con is Pinterest’s two day internal team-building event across multiple locations designed to celebrate creativity, hands-on learning, and the exploration of topics that might be completely new to employees.
This project provided a unique challenge, as in-person events had not been executed since 2019. Pinterest’s goal was to come back in a big way, inspiring (and re-inspiring) employees to feel connected to the magic of their product and what they are building for others.
We worked to create a positive, fresh energy for this experience. We felt it was critical to bring the light-hearted, whimsical element of the Pinterest brand to life, highlighting the newness everyone felt being able to return to in-person events.
